Job Summary
A company is looking for an Investigator Support Coordinator-Bilingual.
Key Responsibilities
- Notify investigator sites, sponsors, and affiliates of laboratory results and test cancellations
- Monitor and resolve accession holds while informing supervisors and project managers of delays
- Support sites and sponsors with project-related questions via phone and email
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma with 2 years of customer service experience over the phone
- Fluency in English and either Portuguese or Spanish
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry is an advantage
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and distractions while maintaining professionalism
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills
