A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Enterprise Fed/SLED.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the voice of the customer and provide feedback to maximize customer value and retention
- Schedule and deliver Business Reviews to demonstrate ROI and drive renewals and expansions
- Engage with senior decision makers to understand their strategies and shape Success Planning
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in a Customer Success Manager role, with 5+ years in enterprise SaaS support
- Strong experience in building executive-level relationships with F500 companies
- Proven ability to introduce new product features and drive platform adoption
- Technical troubleshooting skills and familiarity with Internet and networking technologies
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
