Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support a team of 8-10 claims professionals, enhancing performance and engagement
- Ensure excellent service delivery throughout the auto claim lifecycle with empathy for customers
- Manage claim metric dashboards and collaborate with technology teams to optimize claims processes
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of leadership experience in claims management
- Individual Independent State Adjuster licenses required based on states worked
- Expertise in First and Third Party Commercial or Personal auto claims handling
- Strong analytical reasoning and decision-making abilities
- Experience working in a high production environment with technology solutions
