Key Responsibilities

• Analyze claim reports to determine eligibility for arbitration
• Prepare claims for submission to appropriate arbitration portals
• Collaborate with external vendors to assist with issues and resolutions

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Minimum of 3 years of Medical Billing/Collections Management Experience
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and medical terminology
• Understanding of CPT and HIPAA laws
• Proven success in negotiation and technical writing
