A company is looking for a Virtual Call Center Agent responsible for handling calls from clients seeking to schedule or change appointments and answer general inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Field calls from prospective clients in a timely and friendly manner
- Encourage appointment scheduling and ensure client satisfaction utilizing established call scripts
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls while providing a high-quality experience
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior veterinary experience and/or call center experience in a medical setting preferred
- Ability to work remotely and productively as part of a team
- Availability to work 30-40 hours a week from home, potentially including weekend shifts
- Basic typing skills and comfort working with a laptop
