A company is looking for a Hybrid Processor responsible for processing insurance documentation and providing customer support.

Key Responsibilities

• Field inbound and outbound calls to assist customers and insurance agents
• Accurately enter and validate data to update loan records
• Match insurance documents to loan records in the Miniter Ecommerce System

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Minimum typing speed of 32 WPM
• Ability to understand policy forms and coverage descriptions
