Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Support Engineer 2 to provide technical support to customers and Field Service Engineers for Magnet systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide remote service support for superconducting electromagnets, including monitoring helium volumes and conducting magnetic field shim analysis
- Create notifications for incoming calls, document work performed, and manage escalations for deeper analysis
- Perform on-site support for local service teams and provide rapid recovery support for quenched magnets as needed
Required Qualifications
- Associates Degree or vocational technical training in healthcare imaging equipment service
- More than 2 years of experience in a field service role supporting healthcare imaging equipment
- Proficient in job-critical applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Valid passport is required
