A company is looking for a Lead Admin, GM.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the functionality of a workgroup and lead a team of Warranty Administrators
- Engage with Product Management to prioritize accounts and facilitate team meetings
- Provide second-tier support for client escalations and ensure team motivation and accountability
Required Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Warranty Administrator
- Strong sense of self-awareness and people management skills
- Technology skills to utilize various DMS systems and OEM-based software
- Reliable, high-speed home internet with a minimum of 100 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Current employees must demonstrate mastery of the "Recipe for Success" tools and principles
