A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Central/Mtn).
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a customer-facing third-tier support queue and diagnose complex customer issues
- Engage with customers and Sales teams through various communication channels to provide solutions
- Develop support processes, tools, documentation, and customer-facing content
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years in a technical support or escalation engineer role
- Strong expertise in Linux-based systems and TCP/IP network protocols
- Experience supporting an international customer base
- Basic understanding of SQL and non-SQL databases
- Must be a U.S. Citizen
