Job Summary

A company is looking for a Technical Support Engineer (Central/Mtn).

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a customer-facing third-tier support queue and diagnose complex customer issues
  • Engage with customers and Sales teams through various communication channels to provide solutions
  • Develop support processes, tools, documentation, and customer-facing content
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years in a technical support or escalation engineer role
  • Strong expertise in Linux-based systems and TCP/IP network protocols
  • Experience supporting an international customer base
  • Basic understanding of SQL and non-SQL databases
  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
