Key Responsibilities
- Scan, upload, and label case documents into appropriate files
- Process referrals with deadlines and assist with administrative tasks such as data entry
- Interact professionally with medical professionals and handle incoming calls
Required Qualifications
- High School Graduate or G.E.D. equivalent
- Basic medical terminology knowledge
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
- Ability to maintain a HIPAA-compliant home office environment
