Key Responsibilities
  • Manage incoming calls regarding benefits, enrollment, eligibility, invoicing, claims, and related topics
  • Explain Medicare Part D and Part C Medicare Advantage Programs and address customer inquiries
  • Utilize multiple systems to provide accurate information and strive for one-call resolution
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma, GED, or college degree
  • Successful completion of a customer service assessment and typing test
  • Must complete a mandatory paid training program with 100% attendance
  • Successful completion of a background check is required
  • Must have a distraction-free workspace and meet equipment requirements
