Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Experience Specialist, a service-minded professional managing non-licensed transaction aspects from contract to close.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents, managing contractual dates and ensuring timely transaction closure
  • Collaborate with agents and third parties to ensure proper documentation for compliance in transaction files
  • Organize transaction details in applicable systems while providing updates to agents, clients, and third parties
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate, mortgage, title, or transaction coordination/processing preferred
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Technical proficiency in navigating multiple software systems
  • Ability to adapt to changes in the work environment and manage competing demands
  • Experience in building collaborative relationships with agents and colleagues
