Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide oversight and reporting on internal customer-related tickets within various JIRA projects
- Manage customer service requests and facilitate outsourced cross connect orders
- Support the customer intake process, including completion of various pre-sales forms
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales role
- Experience with CRM/Ticket Management systems, preferably JIRA and Salesforce
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
- Experience within the software, Cloud SaaS, or Internet/Telecommunications industries is a plus
- Enthusiasm for learning new skills and systems
