Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and reporting on internal customer-related tickets within various JIRA projects
  • Manage customer service requests and facilitate outsourced cross connect orders
  • Support the customer intake process, including completion of various pre-sales forms
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales role
  • Experience with CRM/Ticket Management systems, preferably JIRA and Salesforce
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks
  • Experience within the software, Cloud SaaS, or Internet/Telecommunications industries is a plus
  • Enthusiasm for learning new skills and systems
