Job Summary
A company is looking for a Partner Support Representative II to provide support and business services to strategic business partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter data into the company's systems, including new applications and pending items
- Handle incoming calls from partners and resolve issues with external and internal personnel
- Manage and maintain the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus
- 2-3 years of experience in merchant services, specifically in partner support/partner relations
- Proficiency with Microsoft products, including Microsoft Excel
- CBOS knowledge is a plus
- Fluency in English; Spanish is a plus
