Key Responsibilities
- Provide support, troubleshooting, and management of customer-reported problems
- Evaluate and manage internal and external expectations, including escalation activities
- Communicate with customers while troubleshooting and diagnosing software problems
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with computer programming or aptitude for new technologies
- Up to 5 years of relevant experience
- Strong experience with at least one of the following operating systems: Windows, UNIX, or Linux
- Passion for software support, demonstrated by previous internships or work experience
