Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support, troubleshooting, and management of customer-reported problems
  • Evaluate and manage internal and external expectations, including escalation activities
  • Communicate with customers while troubleshooting and diagnosing software problems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with computer programming or aptitude for new technologies
  • Up to 5 years of relevant experience
  • Strong experience with at least one of the following operating systems: Windows, UNIX, or Linux
  • Passion for software support, demonstrated by previous internships or work experience
