Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Team Leads in Customer Care, Technical Support, or Product Support
- Oversee daily operations and performance metrics to ensure goals are met
- Handle customer escalations and low satisfaction surveys to improve service quality
Required Qualifications
- 5 years of relevant experience required
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Information Technology, Communications, or equivalent experience preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in a Customer Care role or 5 years managing others
- Ability to work cross-functionally
- Experience with performance management and team development
