Loan Officer Assistant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Loan Officer Assistant to support its residential lending team in a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Support assigned Loan Officer(s) throughout the mortgage loan lifecycle
• Collect, review, and verify borrower documents for completeness and accuracy
• Prepare and submit complete loan packages for underwriting

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in mortgage lending, processing, or financial services preferred
• Familiarity with loan documentation, LOS platforms, and third-party systems a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and general mortgage software
• Exceptional organizational and file management skills
