A company is looking for an Associate Client Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction, growth, and retention of the Customer Insights & Marketing Automation solution
- Assist with client onboarding and ensure proper utilization of the CI & MA solution
- Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, coordinating requests and updates
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing role or similar position
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, or equivalent preferred
- Proven ability to stay organized and manage projects independently
- Experience managing a high volume of client requests with varying needs
- Familiarity with CRM tools and project management software is preferred
