Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and manage post-sale activities including order entry and shipment tracking
- Coordinate with accounting and vendors to manage RMAs, freight charges, and invoices
- Process sales orders and ensure a positive customer experience through effective communication
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Proficiency in G-suite platform and Microsoft Suite
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task on several projects simultaneously
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
