Key Responsibilities
- Process requests for patient health information while maintaining confidentiality and compliance with regulations
- Manage patient health records and ensure accuracy in assembling medical records
- Assist with administrative duties and respond to requests for patient records from both internal and external sources
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office equipment
- Ability to commute between locations and work overtime during peak seasons
- Experience in a healthcare environment is a plus
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
