Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with their insurance needs through high-volume inbound calls

- Utilize provided technology and systems to streamline the sales process
Required Qualifications
- Active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- A minimum of two years relevant work experience, or two years post-secondary education
- Bilingual Spanish/English positions require fluency in both languages
- Ability to work a full-time schedule including evenings and weekends
- Designated workspace free from noise and distractions, with high-speed internet access
