A company is looking for a Process Associate for US institutional Retirement Contact Centre - Remote US.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries regarding retirement benefits via phone, averaging 40-60 calls per day
- Assist participants with account maintenance, plan enrollments, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide information on plan features and investment options, and resolve participant issues efficiently
Required Qualifications
- Relevant experience in retirement call center or customer service
- Minimum internet connectivity of 25MBPS and a quiet workspace for remote work
- Flexibility to work shifts based on call center hours
- Any graduate with proficiency in retirement plan record-keeping systems and Microsoft Office
- Strong understanding of retirement plans, IRS regulations, and ERISA requirements
