A company is looking for a Customer Success Specialist to ensure customer retention and manage contract renewals.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the contract renewal cycle and create accurate renewal quotes for assigned customers
- Proactively identify customer needs and communicate effectively during the renewal process
- Document all client interactions and prepare reports on customer status and renewal intent
Required Qualifications
- Education: Associate's degree or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in Customer Success, Sales Development, or Business Development
- Experience in a B2B SaaS company or K12 environment is preferred
- Track record of meeting goals in a quota-carrying role
- Specialized computer knowledge with technical aptitude for using CRM solutions
