A company is looking for a Helpdesk Technician I.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical end-user support via telephone, email, or web chat
- Perform restorative or maintenance actions to resolve end-user problems
- Track incidents and calls, ensuring accurate data entry into the database
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or vocational training in IT-related courses is a plus
- Minimum of two years of college completed or a Diploma/Certificate course finished
- Familiarity with PC hardware and software troubleshooting
- Prior experience in Software Application support or Technical Support is a plus
- Willingness to work in different shifts
