Key Responsibilities
- Act as the first escalation point for high-touch customer care, ensuring timely communication and resolution of service requests
- Proactively analyze operational and performance data to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations to improve resupply performance
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and tailored optimization plans
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in Customer Success
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Understanding of KPIs and their impact on revenue objectives
- Hands-on experience in an HME Resupply program
