Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Success Coach to provide coaching to their CreatorU Coaching customer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the coaching team to understand individual customer needs and expertise
- Assist with product creation and setup in SamCart and Typeset, including digital products
- Manage and participate in the coaching community space, engaging with customers as needed
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3+ years of SAAS experience in customer success or service capacity
- Experience in a fast-growing and changing environment
- Ability to work across departments to foster collaboration
- Proven record of success in a goal-oriented environment
- Pragmatic approach to solving complex problems with a bias for action
