- Engage with prospective students to build excitement and qualify them for specific programs
- Ensure compliance and accurate communication of program information during calls

- Previous experience in a high-volume contact center
- Able to thrive in a busy and changing environment
- Quick learner of detailed processes and systems
- Enjoys interacting with diverse individuals over the phone
- Comfortable working in a heavily scripted environment
