- Manage a dynamic caseload of 375-600 clients with precision and care
- Convert leads into sales by building trust and engaging throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Educate customers on program benefits and handle a high volume of communications with professionalism
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of business experience preferred
- High school diploma required; some college preferred
- Real estate knowledge or experience is a plus
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong advantage
- Experience in customer service, sales, or call centers preferred
