A company is looking for a Senior Customer Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with account teams to provide ongoing technical support and coverage
- Define and communicate the technical success plan for customers to achieve business objectives
- Ensure a smooth technical customer journey from onboarding to adoption and increased consumption of solutions
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- Experience in a similar role such as Solutions Architect, Technical Consultant, or Pre-sales Engineer
- Hands-on experience with Elastic solutions or equivalent technologies is a plus
- Familiarity with Elastic solutions (Observability, Security, Enterprise Search) or the Elastic stack is advantageous
- Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
