A company is looking for a Splunk Support Technician (Remote-Continental Time Zone).
Key Responsibilities
- Guide clients in adopting and optimizing the Splunk platform as an Expert-on-Demand
- Resolve technical Splunk issues to ensure positive outcomes and create knowledge base materials
- Build and maintain client relationships, providing tailored roadmaps for successful Splunk adoption
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of service desk experience, preferably with JIRA or ServiceNOW
- 1 year of customer-facing work experience in a professional, ideally technical, environment
- Familiarity with Splunk platform and related technical skills will be developed on the job
- Experience with Linux command line and basic networking diagnostics
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent military experience, certifications, or trade school education
