Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers with healthcare-related inquiries, including insurance plan changes and appointment scheduling
- Handle both inbound calls and outbound campaigns to inform customers about relevant changes
- Provide support to members in navigating their healthcare options and resources
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Fluent in both English and Spanish
- Ability to type 25 words per minute
- Intermediate/advanced technical proficiency to manage multiple systems
- Open availability between 7am-2am EST, 7 days a week
