Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or similar roles
- Experience working with enterprise clients
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical clients
- Experience building and maintaining customer onboarding programs
- Familiarity with Tag Management platforms and understanding of analytics and reporting
