A company is looking for an Application Support Analyst to provide technical support and expertise in EHS software applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-line technical assistance to customers and troubleshoot issues
- Become a power user of EHS web applications and assist with customer onboarding
- Analyze and resolve client-reported bugs by collaborating with product and development teams
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing support role, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Technical aptitude to navigate and troubleshoot web-based applications
- Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in creating user guides and knowledge base content
- Must be a U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident
