A company is looking for a Bankruptcy Processor to manage bankruptcy-related tasks within Consumer Lending.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor complex accounts for proper coding, documentation, and compliance
- Identify opportunities to streamline procedural processes
- Perform administrative and operational tasks related to bankruptcy, foreclosure, and repossession
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Loss Prevention, Bankruptcy, or Customer Service in the financial industry
- Knowledge and experience in bankruptcy processes
- Experience with eCAR, FDR, and Shaw systems is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid schedule with both in-office and remote days
