Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Merchant Success Managers to drive merchant growth, retention, and satisfaction
- Coach team members to create exceptional customer experiences and achieve development goals
- Develop strategic account plans and manage escalations effectively
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of people management experience
- At least 5 years of experience in customer success or account management, preferably in eCommerce or logistics
- Proven ability to coach and develop team members
- Experience in building relationships with senior stakeholders
- Ability to analyze data and provide strategic recommendations
