A company is looking for an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, Nursing Health Education (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with administrators, faculty, and students to understand their needs and goals
- Develop and implement individualized Customer Success plans based on stakeholder needs
- Act as a customer advocate, managing issues and providing high-level service

- Prior customer success experience
- Exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Relational intelligence and strategic thinking ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word)
