A company is looking for a Medical Customer Service Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for patient billing inquiries and assist in understanding billing statements
- Act as a liaison between patients, the business office, and payors for account resolution
- Resolve outstanding balances in a fast-paced environment
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and healthcare systems preferred
- Experience in a medical billing environment with third-party payers preferred
- Ability to prioritize and complete tasks in a timely manner
- Bi-lingual in Spanish or Somali is a plus
