A company is looking for an Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients through their initial setup and ensure a successful onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide new clients through Core account setup, including CRM and integrations
- Deliver onboarding through 1:1 calls, group sessions, and support channels
- Track onboarding progress and collaborate with teams to address any gaps
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in onboarding, implementation, or client-facing SaaS roles
- 2+ years in gym ownership, management, or a coaching/fitness role
- Strong understanding of fitness business operations and client needs
- Familiarity with tools such as Intercom, Zoom, and HubSpot
- Experience with screen sharing and mobile-to-desktop training
