Key Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, SMS, and chat
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability
- Troubleshoot technical problems and collaborate with internal departments to meet customer needs
Qualifications
- At least 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred
- Conversational level Spanish preferred
- Experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience using Zendesk, Intercom, or related tools
- Experience working in a high-paced environment
