A company is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join their Sales Operations organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Field inbound and outbound calls while managing phone, instant messaging, and ticket queues
- Collaborate across departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and address client issues effectively
- Develop a functional and technical understanding of the product suite and related technologies
Required Qualifications
- A college degree and/or technical certification, or equivalent experience
- Previous experience in sales operations, customer support, or end-user support is a plus
- A demonstrated passion for technology and a willingness to learn
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Familiarity with security and compliance solutions is a bonus
