Key Responsibilities
- Execute onboarding programs and ensure customer satisfaction during the first year
- Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and drive engagement
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and advocating for their needs within the organization
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
- High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
- 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or support for SaaS products
- Proficiency in desktop software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic knowledge of the construction industry or ability to learn
- Technical skills and ability to learn SaaS products
