Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experience and retention for SMB clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute onboarding programs and ensure customer satisfaction during the first year
  • Build relationships with customers to understand their needs and drive engagement
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and advocating for their needs within the organization
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or support for SaaS products
  • Proficiency in desktop software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic knowledge of the construction industry or ability to learn
  • Technical skills and ability to learn SaaS products
