Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Cloud Engineering Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve client problems while providing excellent customer experience
- Monitor server health, perform daily checks, and manage change requests
- Create technical documentation and compile server utilization reports for capacity planning
Required Qualifications
- Associate-level public cloud certification in AWS, Azure, or Google
- 2-3 years of related technical support experience with familiarity in Linux/Unix and/or Windows Server Administration
- Demonstrated experience supporting Public Cloud environments
- Availability for full-time overnight shifts with flexible scheduling
