Job Summary
A company is looking for a Representative I - Claims & Benefits (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Investigate and analyze Medicare Secondary Payer and Coordination of Benefits claims to ensure accurate processing
- Maintain and update enrollment and file information for correct coordination with Medicare and other insurance carriers
- Research claims history to identify previously paid claims and adjust claims as necessary based on findings
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of experience in claims, enrollment and billing, customer service, or Other Party Liability
- Healthcare industry experience preferred
- Ability to meet established deadlines and manage multiple customer service demands
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
