Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Hospice Telephonic Case Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and validate hospice documentation, including physician orders and certifications
- Contact hospice providers and members to verify and coordinate care
- Enter pseudo authorizations into the managed care system
Required Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Candidate must be located in Central Standard Time Zone
- Minimum of 3 years of hospice experience
- Managed care and case management experience strongly preferred
- Strong understanding of hospice regulations and documentation requirements
