Job Summary

A company is looking for an Appeals Representative (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepares and reviews provider and member appeals/grievances for Review Committees
  • Researches issues and documents appeals in relevant systems
  • Attends meetings and participates in miscellaneous projects as needed
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required
  • Minimum two years of customer service experience, preferably in managed care or health care
  • Proficient in computer programs such as Word and Excel
