Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to support client satisfaction and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience interfacing with healthcare organization representatives
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, and client support systems preferred
