A company is looking for a Senior Pharmacy PA/Appeals Technician.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming Prior Authorization inquiries and provide customer service support
- Process prior authorizations through multiple computer systems ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Resolve issues and complaints in a timely manner while documenting interactions as required
Required Qualifications
- Active and unrestricted licensure/certification as a Pharmacy Technician
- 6+ months of experience in customer service with healthcare professionals
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to work flexible hours including overtime and weekends
- Currently located in Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, or Florida
