Key Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support for Windows, Mac OS, and mobile devices
- Manage support tickets through ServiceNow, ensuring timely resolution and documentation
- Assist with conference room technology and contribute to documentation and process improvements
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
- 1+ years of experience in a corporate helpdesk role
- Foundational knowledge of Windows Operating System Fundamentals or equivalent experience
- Experience troubleshooting Microsoft, Windows, Apple, and iOS systems
- Familiarity with Android/iOS mobile application management
