A company is looking for a Patient Access Supervisor for the Central Insurance Verification Clinic Team.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and staff activities in the registration areas to ensure compliance with department standards
- Maintain accurate attendance records, process payroll, and assist with employee performance reviews
- Educate staff on policy changes, manage patient flow, and ensure proper staffing levels
Required Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree required
- 2 or more years of Patient Access experience required
- At least 1 year of experience in a lead, supervisory, or project management role
- No specific licensure or certifications required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and relevant software
