Virtual Assistant – Full-Time, Remote

Pay: $1,200 – $1,800 USD / month (+ annual bonus)
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8-hour shift (flexible within business hours)

What You’ll Do
• Answer calls & emails, capture client details, book jobs.
• Manage reminders and job updates in Jobber & GoHighLevel.
• Support Sales & Production Managers with admin and follow-up tasks.

• Fluent, confident English (spoken & written).
• Fast learner who adapts quickly to new tools and processes.
• Reliable internet, quiet workspace, and a customer-first mindset.
